Contributions to PA Safe Roads PAC are not deductible as a charitable contribution for income tax purposes. Contributors must be a U.S. Citizen or an authorized permanent resident alien (“Green Card” holder). PA Safe Roads PAC is required by law to use its best efforts to collect the name and mailing address of individuals contributing more than $50 a reporting period, and occupation and employer of individuals contributing more than $250 a reporting period to the PAC.
