Joseph Piscitello is proud to support and prioritize the work of the PA Safe Roads Political Action Committee (PAC). The PAC’s mission aligns directly with the work he has spent decades doing -protecting vulnerable road users and pushing for systemic safety reforms. As the Founding Principal of Piscitello Law, he has represented countless cyclists and pedestrians across Pennsylvania and New Jersey who have been injured or killed by a preventable crash. To raise awareness, Joe and his team have presented Bike Law & Safety Seminars throughout the Delaware Valley Region. These seminars discuss how to avoid crashes, the importance of proper auto insurance coverage, and laws that need to change. This advocacy work is personal to Joe as he has lost cycling friends to these tragic bike crashes and has far too many friends who have suffered serious, life-changing injuries.

The PAC gives strategic, statewide support to policies he has long advocated for, including parking protected bike lanes, automated speed enforcement cameras, and a coordinated hit‑and‑run alert system. Joe understands the importance of connecting with our elected officials to ensure that they hear traffic victim’s stories firsthand, along with suggested remedies needed to fix infrastructure or systems. It is an honor to work with and support the PAC in our shared effort to improve road safety and prevent needless loss of life and injuries on our roadways.
